Dear Investor,

New Year Greetings!

With 2019 upon us, I would like to wish you a bountiful and prosperous new year.

For those users who are new to us, CoAssets is a listed company on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: CA8), with over 550,000 registered members and a regional presence in Singapore, China, Australia and Hong Kong. Our online funding business operated by CoAssets Pte Ltd, with a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

The year ahead will be an exciting one for us. Over the last few years we have been transforming and expanding our products. Some of you may not realise it, as a Group, the Company has moved beyond crowdfunding because we have grown beyond that niche. While this change is subtle, it is more reflective of the wider range of services we provide. For clarity, CoAssets Pte Ltd is a licensed entity and only does online funding, while the rest of our Group activities are provided by our other subsidiaries. However, the key thing that remains unchanged is our commitment to serve you, our investors, well.

In 2019, one area that we will be working on is to continue harnessing the power of technology to enhance processes. We started with our proprietary CoAssets Risk Assessment Model (CRAM), which was developed with an international auditing firm, to help us identify promising SMEs for our online funding services. This year, we will continue to roll out new online solutions, with a view of bringing you a seamless investment experience. Should you wish to know more about us and/or the services we offer, please contact our User Engagement Team for a chat.

Lastly, I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for your continued support. We look forward to another exciting year ahead and we hope to bring you even more profitable deals in 2019!

Happy Investing!
