EPIC China turned out to be a phenomenal event with exhibitors from all over the world enthusiastically participating in the program.
During the event, our team spoke to Ms. Sherri Anne, Project Manager of Dennis Wee Group. The company is a Singapore-based real estate marketing agency with a global presence.
When asked about attending EPIC for the 2nd time, Ms. Anne exclaimed, “EPIC actually allows us to receive a very good range of Crowd demographic.” She further stated that attending EPIC China has given her organization a better understanding of the existing market sentiments concerning investing in overseas properties.
The two projects Dennis Wee Group exhibited during the EPIC event hailed from two top performing cities – Bangkok and Liverpool. When asked the reason behind selecting these 2 Projects, Ms. Sherri Anne explained, “We have chosen these projects because we feel in terms of investment package and the quantum of this project, it is very suitable for Fuzhou market.”
Ms. Anne was glad that through the CoAsset’s Business Network, they could spot potential business partners for future. Moreover, the event gave them a chance to better understand the needs and nature of the real estate market in China.
